Editorial: America Chose Death

 

 

"I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:" (Deuteronomy 30:19)

 

America chose death on November 6, 2012 when it re-elected a President who supports abortion (the murder of innocent, pre-born babies with a gentle heartbeat) on demand.

 

America also chose death when it elected a President who supports homosexuality and bestiality in our military—in defiance of Almighty God.

 

Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination. (Leviticus 18:22)

 

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. (Leviticus 20:13)

 

And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast. And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. (Leviticus 20:15-16)

 

America’s choice of death can be seen in other areas as well.  Its love of the Harry Potter books and movies which glorify witchcraft is one example.  Obama once boasted that he reads Harry Potter to his daughter every night.  Yet the Holy Bible says:

 

Exodus 22:18 Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.

 

Leviticus 20:27 A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.

 

OBAMA AND THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD

 

Obama’s love affair with the Muslim Brotherhood will surely bring more death and destruction to America.  Contrary to the media spin, the Muslim Brotherhood has never supported and will never practice democracy.  They use democracy to come to power, but once in power, there will be no democracy.

 

They believe in a theocracy ruled by Allah through his Koran (Q’uran).  Women will never have any equal rights under their rule.  Nor will there be any freedom of speech or religion when they gain power.  Their aim is world domination through Jihad (Holy War).

 

Terrorism to a true Muslim fundamentalist is not what he does in murdering infidels (unbelievers).  He justifies his suicide bombings as Jihad (Holy War).  It is what infidels do to Muslims in self-defense that he calls terrorism.

 

This is why many American Muslims said they condemn terrorism immediately after the 9-11 Attack on America.  But when asked if they would specifically condemn Osama Bin-Laden or Al-Qaeda as terrorists—not one of them would.  Their silence was deafening.

 

The Koran teaches that a Muslim can use deceit to defeat the infidels.  That is what they do constantly in dealing diplomatically with America and Europe.  But their shouts of Death to America and Death to Israel speak louder than their words of diplomacy.

 

America chose death when it re-elected Barak Hussein Obama on November 6, 2012.

 

OUR ONLY HOPE

 

Our only hope is in our Lord Jesus Christ, who can provide forgiveness, cleansing and eternal life to all who call upon His Holy Name.  He healed all who came to Him.

 

Then, as the Lamb of God, He died for our sins on the Cross and rose again the third day (physically, bodily, visibly) according to the Scriptures.  God now commands all men to repent and believe.

 

There is a better world coming for those who love the Lord Jesus Christ.  A world free from sin, pain, sorrow and death.  A world free from wicked men and women who choose death rather than life. The Word of God plainly states:

 

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

 

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

 

For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

 

For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  (Romans 10:9-13)
